(Curatorial) Publics
In (re)framing Artistic-Curatorial interactions as a “living terrain”(Puig de la Bellacasa, 2017), and as "..sticky care” (Knaup, 2022) complex ambiguities and constituent affects can become an (extra)ordinary space in which to trace connections, interpretations and translations of the ‘Other’.
By prioritising “curatorial activism”, as a form of responsible, ethical curating, underpinned by cartographies of care, a critical, feminist sight, and horizontal modes of address, the collaborative space becomes enmeshed with other scenarios for (inter)action, in a fluid, attentive space of curiosity, listening, and co-investigation.
